Efficiently manage your student lists and lottery lists
Through the intuitive list management interface, easily create, import, export, and maintain your student lists and lottery lists.
Roll Call List
Class Management
- Set Class Name: Set or modify the name of the class currently being managed
- Select Class: Select a class from existing classes
List Import and Export
- Import Student List: Import student list from file. Supported formats: TXT, CSV, Excel
- Export Student List: Export student list to file. Supported formats: TXT, CSV, Excel
Information Management
- Set Student Information: Add or modify student information such as name, gender, group, etc.
Lottery List
Prize Pool Management
- Set Prize Pool Name: Set or modify the name of the prize pool currently being managed
- Select Prize Pool: Select a prize pool from existing prize pools
Prize Import and Export
- Import Prize List: Import prize list from file. Supported formats: TXT, CSV, Excel
- Export Prize List: Export prize list to file. Supported formats: TXT, CSV, Excel

Batch Operations
- Priority use the import function to batch add student or prize information
- Regularly export lists for backup to prevent data loss
Category Management
- Create independent student lists for different classes
- Create independent lottery prize pools for different activities
Information Completion
- Complete student information as much as possible (name, gender, group, etc.)
- Reasonably set prize weights according to needs to adjust winning probability
Quick Operations
- Quick Switch: Use "Select Class" or "Select Prize Pool" function to quickly switch between different lists
- Batch Modification: Perform batch information modification through export-edit-import
- Data Synchronization: Regularly backup list data to ensure information security
